ACE Bench Curing Ovens

ACE bench curing ovens are primarily used for the following processes – preheating plastics, curing potting compounds, drying powdered metals and small components, heating bearings and processing large parts. The processes include – curing, baking, preheating, dehydration, and drying components after cleaning.

• The oven exterior is constructed using high-grade welded steel.
• The oven interior is constructed using 430 stainless steel. This steel grade provides benefits of formability, ductility, and corrosion resistance.
• The internal heating elements are designed as sheathed tubes. They are manufactured using Incoloy, a nickel based super alloy. Incoloy is known for its high strength and corrosion resistant properties.
• The oven is designed to incorporate shelves. It can hold a maximum capacity of seven shelves.
• Two removable nickel-plated wire shelves are also provided with the oven that ensure easy adjustment.
• These ovens are not designed for applications that consist of flammable solvents and vapors. ACE can provide you specialized models to meet this need.
