Concentric coil winding head is designed to provide high performance in aggressive application areas. To provide added protection, this coil winding head is comprehensively coated using high impact Nylon. Along with ensuring corrosion protection, the coating helps withstand wear and tear. The concentric winding head is ruggedly engineered to offer several years of trouble free performance.

Simple Operation Leading to Effective Winding

Model no. 15-L comes with 20 sets of winding forms and a holder with an instant coil release. Choosing the right winding form from the set according to the dimension of the coil to be wound is crucial.

To select the right form, measure the length of the slot of the form and then the width of the coil to be wound. Now, choose the right type of winding form that best matches the dimension of the coil to be wound. Place the selected winding head form on the holder and start the winding process.

Since this unit is designed with an instant coil release mechanism, you don’t have to take any measure to release the coil once the winding is done.

Introducing #14 and #15 Winding Head

#14 Winding Head – It is a large pair of winding form consisting of seven-step round top heads for winding stators.

#15 Winding Head – It is a large pair of winding form consisting of eight-step flat top heads. It is ideal to wind single phase motor sizes ranging 2HP, 3HP, 5HP, 7 1/2HP and 10 HP.
