The ACE Burn Off oven model 3432-RT is a popular Radiant Tube oven product. It is designed for parts de-coating, and can be used to remove paint, epoxy, grease, oil, as well as combustible materials from metals components and products. The oven comprises afterburners, which provide fires with temperatures up to 1,500°F. These temperature not only ensure thorough part cleaning, but also eradication of hazardous materials, fumes, and effluents.
The oven is designed with a complete 11 gauge steel body. The interior steel covers have insulation 4” thick. Two types of water spray nozzles are used to cool down the oven once the burn-off process has been completed. The oven is designed to adhere to UL specifications for the control panel. They can also be designed with adherence to FM and NFPA-86A specifications, if required by the customer.
