Energy Efficient RT Series Burn Off Ovens by ACE

ACE has developed technologically advanced and comprehensive Radiant Tube (RT) Heat Cleaning Ovens that are highly energy efficient. They are sure to give unsurpassable performance while saving around 20% energy as compared to the convection-only ovens.

Here are certain specifications of the RT series Burn Off ovens:

This oven is coated with high temperature paint that is resistant to corrosion;
Its hybrid design allows the radiant energy to evenly distribute heat providing uniform temperatures with no hot or cold spots.
It is integrated with an automatic, self-adjusting feature for process control known as the One Touch Control (OTC) system;
The OTC system makes it possible to automatically provide minimal heat cleaning cycles that are safe as well as efficient;
This oven has the highest precision level, and there is no margin of error for under or over processing.

With the help of Burn Off ovens by ACE, you can effectively remove following substances from parts of machineries, automobiles, and other devices:

Varnish
Epoxy
Paint
Grease
Oil
Rubber or other combustible materials from metals

The ACE system will also debond brake shoes and clutch plates. Parts are loaded on a wheel-in cart and heated to 650° - 800° F (340° - 427° C), in an oxygen deficient atmosphere where the combustible hydrocarbons decompose. Parts leave the oven completely dry and ash residue is easily removed.
