ACE has been manufacturing Burn OFF Ovens for the Motor Repair Industry since 1970 when they introduced the first controlled oven.

Since that time there has been many innovations that allow shops to strip motors efficiently and without core loss.
The latest technology the Radiant Tube oven offers quicker time cycles, more uniform heating and more controlled stripping. This hybrid system combines convection energy with radiant energy. No other system can provide the efficiency and control.
The ACE Energy Efficient Motor Stripping System EEMSS - PDF Specifications provides motor shops with the ultimate in control. Controlling the core temperature assures the continuation of the electrical characteristics of your stator.

This system not only controls the oven air temperature, but also stator core temperature by controlling the rate of combustion of the varnish/epoxy on the stator. This process provides a precise temperature rate of rise, so as to closely monitor the temperature of the stator undergoing heat stripping, thus assuring you of a quality burn without damaging core laminations.
Yet another new innovation is the Fast Turnaround System OA-808 - PDF Specifications to help motor shops strip multiple sized stators even more quickly. Supplied with the required electroncs, controls and two thermocouples for insertion in the core of a small and large stator. The thermocouples register the stator core temperatures on digital controls with setpoints. When the core temperature exceeds the setpoint, the water suppression system is activated and/or the main burner goes to low fire.
